Personality: He doesn't show much in the way of emotions, and is passive towards good or evil, and has no real standing on either. He is not evil, but he is not good either. He doesn't usually get involved in things, because he doesn't really have much to be gained at this point, but sometimes things catch his interest. He doesn't have much in the way of mannerisms, and he rarely speaks, and when he does, it is single words or short phrases.

History: He was born in the 60's, no not the 1960's, the 460's. and not A.D either. He was a spartan warrior. That's right. THE Spartans. He, obviously, shouldn't be alive. But he is, due to a wish made with the dragon balls. Not the dragon balls of today, made by the current guardian of the earth, but one of the sets made by a now deceased previous guardian. He learned of the power of the dragon balls by complete chance, he and some other warriors were patrolling the borders, and a messenger from their enemies was accidentally spotted. They caught and killed him, and while Andre was rummaging around in his pack, he found the two star dragon ball. Contained in the same wooden box, was a written explanation of the balls. The messenger had been taking it to his king. Andre kept that little nugget to himself, and devoted his life to finding all seven. Due to the primitive technology of the time, it took him nearly thirty years to get all seven. He was, by the day's standards, and old man by then, being in his 40's. When he finally got them all, he pondered on his wish. He could wish for anything, and he thought about riches, but decided against it. What about the ruler of the whole world? In the end, he decided to wish for immortality. After all, if he had forever to do it, he could do all of those things. He summoned the dragon, made his wish, and due to the wording of his wish, regressed to his physical condition when he was somewhere between 19-23 years old, because his words were "I wish to be immortal in the prime of my life!" So he cleverly fit two wishes into one. Now, being in his top physical condition, and with eternity stretched out before him, he did stuff.

Immortality Wish Explanation: Put simply, he cannot die. But, since that wouldn't be very fair or valid in the RPG, i've kinda complicated it. It goes like this: He cannot die of natural causes, (AKA Old Age) because he does not age physically. His spirit is also immortal, but his physical body is not. If his physical body is killed, he has to subtract from his own energy to regenerate it. Basically, it subtracts from his PL temporarily, but his energy will regenerate back in time as well. Here is a chart with the details:

There are 4 levels of injury that cause his "death", and each one will take a certain amount of PL away. It will also take some time for the regeneration to complete. When he "dies", his body will vanish from the living plane until it regenerates, and will come back at a spot that Andre chooses after he regenerates every time.

Lvl 1

It will take away 5k PL to regenerate from this, and take three days.

This level is usually when he dies from minor stuff, diseases, infections, being stabbed, shot, impaled ect. but his body is still mostly intact.

Lvl 2

It will take away 10k from his PL to regen, and it will take four days.

This is more severe stuff, like having a limb severed, or very deep cuts, loss of large amounts of blood, internal organs, ect. and his body has stuff missing, not just damaged stuff.

Lvl 3

He'll lose roughly 30k to recover, and it will take about 6 days. He will also feel a sick for 1 day.

This is severe stuff, with much tissue missing, and ranges anywhere from having no lower body, to just being a charred skeleton with a little bit of tissue left.

Lvl 4

He will lose almost all of his energy from this, about 38k. It will take one week and one day for him to return to life. He will be crippled for half a day, and sick for 1.5 days.

This is when shit gets real real. Like he is blown into a million pieces, or atomized so there is nothing left at all. This is the grand motherfucker of all deaths. Not even enough left to put into a dog-sized coffin. Too bad he can still feel pain..

Once he returns to life, his energy will regenerate 10k per day, until he is back up at full. But if he regenerates from a level 4 death, it proceeds as normal until he has it back up to 32k, and then it goes up 18k for the next "day".

For every bit his PL goes up, the penalties go up the same amount, so he is losing roughly the same amount of energy no matter what.

OOC 3.5 hours = IC 1 week

So one day is 30 minutes.



Techniques/Abilities:

Ki Blast: A generic ki blast, almost anyone who can manipulate ki can do this.

Flight: The ability to lift oneself into the air by projecting ki from one's feet, and pushing themselves up.

Ki Wave: Like a ki blast, but more like a beam. It is identical in form and function to a Kamehameha wave, or a galick gun. Pretty basic, and it varies in power by the power of the user.

Afterimage: A burst of intense speed, also known as "blurring". It almost appears as if the person is teleporting, to the untrained eye.

Energy Suppression: He can suppress his energy so that it appears as though he is weaker.

Immortalis Coma Vesuvius (Roughly meaning "Immortal Rays of Vesuvius"): His special attack, which uses a large amount of energy to perform. It is where he shoots two giant beams of ki into the sky, and fireballs of Ki fall from the sky, either covering a huge area with weaker bolts, or covering a medium area with powerful bolts. He can also shoot the beams directly at the opponent, which will split into OVER 9000 (Many) little bolts of ki, and shower the victim with DOOOOOOOM! (If you are 'tarded, Mount Vesuvius is the volcano that wiped out pompeii in 79 AD. I know that isn't his time, but he WAS alive then, damnit.)
